I’m Brandin Lecapitaine, I grew up in the Midwest located in Appleton  Wisconsin. I’m a proud father to 3 young amazing daughters , a very humble husband to my wife Brittany, Who holds everything together in our busy lives we once dreamed of living. I’ve always had a passion & interest in the great outdoors, my passion started in Boy Scouts and at my grandparents dairy farm as a young boy. Soon after whitetail & waterfowl hunting became my real passion in my high school years & still continues to this day. 

1st choice started small, with a simple 24 hp John Deere tractor with conventional tillage equipment doing small food plots on friends & family members land. Since then we’ve  grown into a very diverse business for all habitat needs servicing private, state & federal recreational properties. We currently service & assist WHITETAIL driven properties, All over the MIDWEST with a range in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois & Missouri. With skills & experience in land clearing ,excavation, forestry mulching, timber management , small select cut logging , tree planting, prairie & pollinator planting, seed, blind sales and most importantly whitetail & waterfowl geared FOOD PLOTS. 

I’ve worked tirelessly to build our brand & reputation in the industry As one of the best in the business. We work hand in hand with some of the industry’s most reputable & respected whitetail habitat consultants & seed suppliers. 

For us at 1st choice this isn’t just another job, this isn’t just another farm, for us it’s about fulfilling our clients Visons on their property no matter the task at hand. While never taking shortcuts, we provide results !
